So quickselling stuff is very important strategy in TF2 trading.

Whenever the new stuff comes to the game they are fresh,new and wanted!

So whatever kind of item you get  just sell it as fast as possible for as high profit as possible!

Examples.

New crates : they come = 1 ref  >> 0.66 >> 0.33 > 1 scrap >> 1 wep
New weapons : they come = 0.66 >> 0.33 > 1 scrap > scrapbankers joy.. ( 1 wep heh)
New hats : MOSTLY : 3 ref >> 2.66 >> 2 >> 1.66 > 1.33 / 1.66


So basically everything will go cheap including strange weps

Example : 2 keys >> 1.5-2 k >> 1 key >> 2 ref >> 1 ref >> 0.66> 0.33 >

Exception : STRANGE FESTIVE item´s you can hold on them ( chance of drastical raise )

Tip 8:Unboxing.

Unboxing!

Unboxing is WASTE OF KEYS!

I bet I have spent around 150 keys or more on unboxing.

But I have came out with profit ( Mostly )

Unboxing is a VALVe´s best way to rip you off!

So DO NOT UNBOX!

EXCEPTION:Feel like spenting money , Urge to Gamble , Bored.

The chances of getting unusual is 1%

I have spent 150 keys =  No unusual ever.

But if you DO unbox then NEVER do it when nothing is going on..

Regular for fun unbox = 100% Strange weapon

Seriously when you come home after hard work day and think about unboxing 1-3 crates

You will get 3 Strange weapons

= Terrible lose of money.

When you want to unbox use EVENTS

Why ?

Because when you unbox during events the stuff you unbox is more unique.

So when you do unbox a random crappy item you don´t really need .. you can almost instantly sell it!

For example a new type of crate..

I unboxed some Haunted hat that was kinda crappy in my opinion and I bought..

2 Eerie keys for 3 keys..

I unboxed on eerie crate = result = crappy hat i dont like.

I sold the crappy hat for 2 regular keys = profit.

So I had 1 mistake covered!

= 1 FREE ticket ( Chance of getting unusual )

But however I never got any unusual by unboxing.

So unless you use fresh crates , fresh event ( or combined ) you can have FREE shots of opening the crates.

Exceptions : You unbox the worst item you can ever unbox = insta loss... 

Exception of exception : Selling the insta loss item to someone stupid. = Profit!

Tip 7#:Crafting

Crafting...

Crafting is a way to get new unique hat´s in TF2 using 3 Refined metal or 2 random craft hats..

Or other recipes...

However...

Crafting is one of the most pointless thing in Team Fortress 2.

Exception:When you are rich enough and really bored ( needs to waste money )

Exception 2#:When you want random craft hat?

There are ways to make profit while craftin 2 random hats together but it´s luck based.

The chance to get a item worth more than 3 refined ( 2.66 when craft hats used ) Is small because hats lose theyr value very fast and tend to be like 1.33 / 1.66 - 2.33 -2.66 ref each usually.

New hats can be worth few keys / 3-4 ref

Exceptions : Kringle collection ; All Father and some other rare stuff that are 3-4 KEYS or used to be.

ONLY reason to craft hats.

Is by being very accurate with VALVEe´s Events..

Halloween / Xmas / Summer / you fu*king name it event

When masses of new hats are imported to the game!

Then the chance to craft new hats is bigger ( obviously due new hats are in game ^^)

but.. Crafting a new item that has a # number

Like .. All father #1 = worth few buds (I assume)

but if you are not that lucky then newborn hats that are like

Random hat # 391  then the hat is kinda new and the price is still up

So remeber to insta sell whatever new you craft to get maximum out of it!

Otherwise do not craft a tall = waste of money / metal

Tip 6#:Regions = Dirt cheap games!

Sup bros.

Heres a awesome way to get cheap games on steam!

Steam has many regions that have split the community into UK , RU , EU , US

Like you know by now that each region has its pros and cons..

Many companies set the price differently and there is a good chance to make a profit!!..

The best users to buy from are Ukrainans and Russians.

Why ? They sell the new games with cheapest prices!!

Tip 5#:Paypal account!

Hello I have been recieving a question about Paypal and how does paypal work.

Q.How long does it take for paypal to activate it ?
A:It usually takes 24 / 48 hrs .. but you must have atleast 1$ on your bank card.

A paypal is very tricky and sometimes very evil internet bank to use.

Why ?

Because if you have no bank card on your paypal or if you have fake info or if you or transfer money from one account to your second account then thing´s might get bad.

When you have non verified paypal account then Paypal might suddenly lock your acc.

And ask you to confim your info and add a credit card.

No credit card ? wait till you are 18.

Fake info might also get your account locked until you verife it.

Senting money from your one account to another account that are both yours may result account lockage.

so don´t do that.

Paypal and Team Fortress 2.

Many users around sourceOP.com and tf2outpost use paypal money to trade in game.

So what you would like to know.

1.Trade with high rep people / people you can trust.

2.Recieve payment as GIFT!

Exception:People with HIGH reputation!

3.Tell the buyer/seller to add a note with steamid about the purchase.


Side note: Recieving 1000$ or more in paypal may result getting marked as merchant in paypal.

Vintage item´s  are mostly OLD item´s that never pop up in the game again.

Not from store , Not from crafting, Not from drop.


Vintage item´s are somewhat rare item´s but still not worth very much . but they are raising slowly and the might be worth alot soon enough.


Point of collecing ? Yeah why not They might go up since they wont pop up anymore!















2.Common.

Common item´s are obtained in.

There are many item´s in common selection.

Weapons , miscs, paint , hat´s , crates ,


Drop,Purchase,Craft.

Item´s that are "common" are expensive at first (when new item) but they will go down in week/month.

Excpetions: Earbuds,Bill´s hat , Ebenezer , Max head , Big kill , Lumbricus lid
and other yellow named item´s that are not possible to obtain anymore.


Point of collecting ? : Unless really want to collect : NO Do not collect them in order to make profit.

ALSO

Common item´s might have "Not usable in craftin / Not tradeable / Achievement item"

Thoose are 3 names that will reduce your item´s price by atleas 50%





3.Geniuine.

Geniuine item´s are obtained when purchase of a pre order game,
or any other occasion for example  Adult swim campaing ( EXPIRED )

Geniuine item´s are like common ones , they are expensive at first but tend to go low soon enough.

However Genuine item´s price is more stable than common item´s  and might go down slower but the fact is it will go down sooner or later.

Point of collecting ? : Unless really want to collect : NO Do not collect them in order to make profit.

4.Haunted.

Haunted item´s are new halloween themed items for team fortress 2. they are not really wanted due huge amount of unboxing and the price seems to be low.

Also they are hard to sell.

Possibilty: They might RAISE in few years because every year new halloween themed stuff pops up.

5.Unusuals.

Unusual item´s are obtained by unboxing unusual item´s from crate.

1% chance.

Exception:
Unusual horseless headless horsemann's headtaker (UHHH)




There is no point in collecting unusuals because unusuals rather go down and will not raise in price.

Exception´s:Only some unusuals might raise but they might get low aswell.

Note: Always buy quicksell unusuals cheap and sell them cheap.In other words

"Buy Fast sell FASTER!"

Tip 3#:The Steam Market.

The Steam market is a new feature for Steam and for TF2

In this post we will talk about Steam market´s  Pros / Cons / Way to make profit with it.

Pros:

1.Steam market is 100% safe to use!

2.Steam market is automatic just click and sell!

3.You can make profit out of it ( will explain later )

4.No need to waste your time talking / trading / bartering with players!

Cons:

1.You will only recieve STEAM WALLET money = You can only spent it on TF2 Store or on games.

2.Steam has 15% fees  You sell key for 1$ = Lists as 1.15$ ><

3.You can not wear/use your item´s when they are listed in steam market.

4.You can´t sell all the item´s you have only keys , misc and genuine.

Ways to make profit.

1.Buy low Sell high!

A great way to earn money using steam market is by selling your own keys.

Step.Buy key´s from SourceOP or from a friend at price let´s say 1.15 to 1.30$ ?

Got the keys ? Good.

Now sell them at steam market for 1.65$ ( 1.80$ with fees) 

Depending on market´s price!

That is an excellent method to get steam games for alot cheaper price!!

2.Use idle account OR get cheap holiday crates with metal OR...Get Holiday crates somehow.

During special event´s like Xmas , halloween , summer Steam will make new crates!

Crates that are different from others and only for limited time!

So at first the new crates might be like 0.50$ to 1$  aswell they might be 1 refined metal.

So the best way to get crates = idle accounts = free  money!

or.

Buy them for 1 ref / less than ref = Buy them with metal and buy them cheap!

1 ref = 0.45$

So  since the new crates are in very high demand a idle account master that might get like 100 crates during the event time can sell all he´s crates on steam market let´s say he´s lucky and sells them at price of 0.50$ 

=

50$ profit just for selling pointless crates that will lose theyr value in less than 2 weeks


3. Invest on steam store item´s that are on sale.

Investing money on paint that is undervalued / on sale can be risky but worht it at the end!

Let´s say paint get´s 50% cheaper. You buy 100 cans of them  and the market price will be same as the store price.

Wait  few weeks maybe month or 2 and the price will be back to normal and you have chance to sell your paint for atleast 75 to 90% of the value.

It´s risky but can be worth it if you got the patience.

Tip 2# Buy low Sell high.

The most important thing about trading is Buy low Sell high!

Team Fortress 2.

In TF2 buying item´s for cheap price is rather simple than anything complicated.

There are many online sites about TF2 item prices.

like backpack.tf ( most accurate so far)

If you have done any trading with TF2 before you should already know what is scrapbanking.

Scrapbanking is one of the most less profitable and one of the most boring "jobs" ever.

Example of scrapbanking.

why?

Think about it... Get 1 weapon .. sell it for 1 scrap .. sell 1 scrap for 2 weapons.. It´s just boring.

2 weapons = 0.06$

0.03$ profit per weapon ?... I don´t think that´s cool...

There´s alot other fun ways to make profit.

(Okay to use when new to trading or very bored)

Making profit when trading hat´s / item´s.

Many hat´s are listed as for example 2.33 to 2.66 ref

That means the chance you are able to sell the item for 2.66 refined metal is higher and chance of making 0.33 refined profit

thats about 6x0.03$ = .18$

But...

The bigger your money stack is ( refined/key stack)

The more expensive things you can buy.

For example.

Buying WHITE / BLACK Bills hat = 10 keys.

Paying quicksell price for it .. for example 8 to 9 keys.

It may take longer to find a buyer but if you do then you can easily make 1 to 2 keys profit

1 key = 1.10 to 1.40$

Now a method for Paypal users / Advanced traders.

Buy backpacks!!!

Buy backpacks for 25 to 40% cheaper than they are worth = success .. Why ?

100$ backpack for 60$ .. + selling with small overprice you can get around 110$ out of it 

Exceptions: If you are lucky and get more out of it.

That´s probrably one of the best ways making money from TF2.

Example of a backpack purchase!

Diablo 3

The most important thing in Diablo 3 is the Auction house.

Make sure to keep eye on GOOD item´s in Diablo 3 and BID them..

Check the items that are ending first and check for small bids!

There can be a item for example

100g bid ... buy out 100000g

If you are lucky you can get the item for 100g and you can resell it.

Same thing applyes to WoW!

However in WoW Always check on cheap buyouts aswell ;) specially on craftable items like ores etc..!

TIP 1# Safety

Making cash online can be easy,making cash while player games can be easyer!

HOW TO NOT GET SCAMMED?

1. Ask the other player for SourceOP reputation.
(He has it and does have rep?. Go for it! (also check the Steam ID There are impersonators)

What is impersonator ?

Impersonator is a thief who uses trusted person name and avatar and tryes to steal items from you.

2. Player want´s to buy every single item you have for overprice!
(Deal is too good to be true...It really is.. NO.. never fall for that!)

Exception: IF he has tons of rep and really is who he claims to be
(Chance to find person like that ?.. 1%)

3.Check the players game amount AND TF2 playtime amount.

(If person has 100+ games  and want´s regular items rather than easy to sell items then go for it!)
(IF person has 800 - 1500+ Hours of gameplay time = chances he scam is smaller BUT still you can´t relay on it specially if he has 3 games.)

4.Always recieve payment´s as GIFT  and sent them as GIFT ..

Also check the payment if it is as gift or not. Nobody cares if the buyer must wait 5 extra mintues!


Exception:When trading with awesome bro you know.. or high rep.


5.Never purchase stolen goods / backpacks.

Why?:They can ruin your STEAMrep. and VALVe can restrict your account.
